School is out and that's bad. You know why, cuz school is good. Mom's para pro test is on Wednesday and she needs to pass it you know why? Cuz she would have to find another job and you know why? Cuz of the dumb law. You know what? Me and Olivia and Mom is gonna help with the pre-school summer school and you know why? Cuz we ALWAYS do. Ummmm, bye dudes.

When folks get a volunteer, they don't usually question spelling so much.
On the other hand, I have no idea what a pro para test is, but I do know that there are an abundance of stupid laws in this country.
Everytime a politician wants to make him (or her) self look better'n they are, they work at passing a new law.
Like that makes any sense at all!
Gearge Washington almost didn't sign the Constitution of the US because he thought that for them to lay down laws back then would be tantamount to what the British had done to the Americas, it would be as to enslave future generations to the concepts of the past.
And the stupid thing?
Even though we know that's what they're doing, we still go along with it....
So, as to answer up from a past comment/question, yes. Please run for office, only, do it right, won't you?

The Para Pro test is a test that ALL Paraprofessionals (Teacher's Aid's) have to take if they didn't go to collage.
It's from the "No child left behind" bill, (crap).
I have been working for the school system for almost 10 years and I have to take this test to keep my job.
A lot of people have been working longer than I have and they are older than I am, they think that they should be grandfathered in.
I agree with that, at 45 and 58 years old or older they aren't going to get another job that's anywhere close to the job they already have.
My boss said at one point that they would keep us on in some other position if need be. BUT we will see.

Something tells me I should check into this "testing" shtuff more as even though I did go to college, it was for some worthless degree that doesn't certify me to do anything but doodle. (that's not entirely correct, but, it is what I think of degrees)
I've often wnated to teach. Have wanted to since high school.
But, I already know that the teacher's degree is like way outa m'price range.
I think I can teach anyone to draw, paint, and get a grip on their artistic side, help find that creative soul hiding inside the dark recesses of history webs and math mazes.
Ah, to dream. That just means I'm still young, eh?

I want to be a teacher when I grow up. It's the nerd in me. I want to be a math teacher although they don't get paid a lot.

I have t'constantly remind folks around m'church that age ain't the factor t'watch in a person.
I've seen folks who are plenty young speak with the wisdom of old sages.
And, I've also seen people who should be old enough to know better make complete jerks of themselves.
And, by the way, just because school is out doesn't mean you have t'stop learning.
Go to the library and learn about things yer interested about. Like proper english and using the word "your", or "you're" instead of "yer".
Or learn about what you have t'do to qualify as the President of the USA....
